It’s that time of year again where everything is done up in spooky Halloween themes or covered in pink.  And even though, wearing pink does not help support breast cancer research, it is not entirely pointless.  All the commercial marketing  helps make people more aware of the issue, and making more people aware helps increase the number of people who then go on to make a positive difference.

Cr8tive Release Gifts doesn’t offer any mass produced breast cancer awareness items but we do sell some handmade breast cancer awareness items.  We also give a small portion of each purchase of those items to local breast cancer patients and survivors.

So, buy that breast cancer gear, spread information about programs available for early detection and treatments, donate to reputable research organizations, or just pray that someday we will have a cure for this horrible disease.

Cr8tive Release Gifts joined forces with …

I have joined forces with several handmade creators to sell handmade items in a variety of places on Facebook. These Facebook Groups are ever growing and changing along with the FB algorithm. In order to continue to be seen by a wide audience of people, we are constantly looking for new handmade creators to join the team and spread the word about the events.

To become a vendor, some of the groups do charge a small monthly vendor fee.  To join the group, just click the link or group logo.  Membership questions  are required before acceptance into the groups.  If you’re interested in becoming a vendor in a group contact one of the groups’ admins for additional information.  I enjoy being part of all these groups immensely and look forward to helping spread the word about these small businesses joining together as a team.

Sales typically held the 3rd Thursday of each month with the available creations fitting into a different relevant theme.  Some of the past themes have been patriotic, farm, cats & dogs, spring, summer, winter and fall.

Events are held weekly starting on Wednesdays and ending on Fridays.  Each event has a different theme, so the creations available during that event match the theme.  Some of the past themes have been character parade, shabby chic, fall color challenge and back to school.

Welcome to Cr8tive Release Gifts!  

My name is Faye Mitchell and I’ve been crafting for 20+ years.  I really enjoy seeing the expressions on recipients’ faces when they receive a handmade gift.  Crafting and being creative helps me relax from my regular full time job while earning extra income for my family.  I came up with the name for my shop by just thinking of a creative way to express what this shop is to me…  it’s my Cr8tive Release.
