Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not provide refunds or returns after the product is purchased. By purchasing any product from our website, you acknowledge that you’ve carefully read the description and reviewed the proof/mockup before making your purchase.
Exchange Policy
An exchange of a purchased item is available on a limited basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must not match the approved mockup/proof.
- The item must have arrived damaged for reasons not due to operator error.
To complete the return or exchange, we require the following within 7 days of delivery:
- contact at customerservice@cr8tivereleasegifts.com
- proof of receipt or purchase.
- proof of item arriving damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- proof that item does not match the approved mockup.
- the item must be returned to Cr8tive Release Gifts.
Do NOT return the item until exchange has been approved.
Shipping Exchanges
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cr8tive Release Gifts, 26 Robinhood Lane, Springfield, IL 62704.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
